Greg Baker has been a contributor to The Sentiment since its launch in July 2010. He is a member of Walnut Creek Community Church and is currently working for the Professional Educators of Iowa as their school district representative. Greg travels around that state encouraging teachers to leave the very liberal teacher union and join PEI. His goal is to double their membership by the end of this school year and by doing so is defunding the union millions of dollars. Before working for PEI, Greg served as the director of organization to the Bob Vander Plaats for Governor campaign. While serving for the campaign Greg oversaw the ground efforts in all 99 counties and helped lead the campaign to 41% of the vote despite being outspent 3 to 1. Greg is a graduate of the University of Iowa. In his college career, he served as the chairman of the UI College Republicans for two years and state chairman of the Iowa Federation of College Republicans his senior year. In high school Greg was a member of the Junior Statemen Foundation and led his high school's Students for Bush group. In 2004 he attended his first Republican National Convention and has been involved in the party ever since. email@example.com
